What are Booking Credits and how do they work?

Each credit allows you to add 1 provider to a booking. Eclipse Scheduling's "Pay-as-You-Grow" plan will only charge you for what you use. Don't worry – we never deduct your credits for non-billable cancelled bookings. If you need more credits beyond your plan, you can simply create additional bookings and add providers as needed.

How do SMS notifications work, and what about email?

Accepted Answer

Email and in-app system notifications are unlimited on every plan. SMS notifications are included up to a monthly cap based on your plan: Launch (1,500), Star (5,000), Constellation (10,000), and Galaxy (25,000). Any SMS sent beyond your plan's included amount is billed at $0.025 per additional SMS, with no markup tiers — so you only pay for what you actually send.

Do you offer a free trial or money-back guarantee?

The onboarding process differs company to company depending on your size, overall service catalog, and the complexity of your business and fee schedule. On average, we recommend budgeting 1–2 weeks for small to medium-size organizations, and 3–4 weeks for larger and enterprise-size organizations. Do you charge for data migration?

Data migration is free as part of onboarding. Your most recent 12 months of job history, plus all client, provider, and admin profiles, are imported at no cost when you go live. Job records older than 12 months (measured from your go-live date) can also be migrated at a one-time rate of $0.10 per job record, so you only pay for the historical depth you actually need. Our implementation team handles the import and maps your existing data into Eclipse Scheduling, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to your operations.

Can Eclipse Scheduling manage services in multiple time zones?

Yes! Eclipse Scheduling is capable of juggling all your customers and service providers, no matter how many time zones you service. The platform will automatically adjust to your local time zone when you log in and converts booking details to your local time zone. Even better, our dynamic service setup allows you to select whether your billing and payment schedules will run according to the admin's, provider's, or customer's time zone.

Yes! Eclipse Scheduling supports multi-currency billing, allowing you to work with customers across the globe. You can set different currencies for different customers, and the system will handle conversions and reporting accordingly. Multi-currency support is included at no extra cost for Constellation and Galaxy plans, or available as an add-on for other plans.

What's the difference between the core modules?

How does annual billing work?

When you choose annual billing, you pay for 12 months upfront and receive an 8.3% discount (equivalent to one free month). Annual plans are billed once per year on your subscription anniversary date. You'll still have access to all the same features and support as monthly subscribers. Please note that early termination of an annual plan will forfeit the discount — any refund will be pro-rated at the standard monthly rate for the period already used, and the remaining balance beyond the minimum commitment will be refunded accordingly.
